(2 DISC)
Another entry and another British legend. Tony Hatch is famous for writing the themes to a few soaps but you'll be glad to know that none of them appear on this compilation.
This two disc set features pretty much all of his best compositions, including some tracks that, although were not written by him, still contain that "Hatch" sound. There is a varied collection of easy/latin/theme tunes presented here and although the other sets in this series have split the styles into Action on one disc and Softer music on disc two, Tony hasn't really composed much in the way of "Action" music, he was known as the British Bacharach, so this set is more Easy than Action. Hopefully it will be an enjoyable addition to the series.

As always, much appreciated !!! First class, these recordings of Tony Hatch.
Another fine addition...
Dear Mr Thxjay.
I found this web site when I was looking for The Riviera Affair (Neil Richardson). This is heaven - you made my day! Keep up the good work!
Thanks Busen,
The Riviera affair is a great track, I'm sure it will make an appearance in a future volume :)
I thought I had gleaned everything on the Crime Lounge and then found these mixes.
Never apologize for including Tony Hatch. Just because I get a head rush from the likes of Si Zentner from " Warning Shot" soundtrack doesn't mean I can't groove with Tony Hatch.
Thx thxjay

Just a note to say these are much appreciated! Super work. Thanks a million.
Thanks for Tony Hatch. One of my favourite 'easy' composers. I'd also like to take the opportunity to say I think your site and the artwork for your collections is the best i've seen anywhere in blogland. Your talent and passion SHOULD be earning you a good living!! Best wishes.
Thanks derwent :)
I wish it were earning me a good living (or even a half decent one) but I'm afraid it's just a hobby!
I appreciate the great feedback.
Thanks!
Link's down on this one. :(
